CASTING & VOICE DIRECTOR
Ned Lott is Creative Producer and Casting Director on Martoos Studios’ first animated feature “Heaven: The First War,” and has a wide range of animation experience both domestically and globally. He was a Producer, Voice Director and Casting Director with Walt Disney Studios on seven Studio Ghibli titles, including Hayao Miyazaki’s Oscar™ nominated theatrical release “Howl’s Moving Castle.”
Other notable accomplishments include casting Liam Neeson as the voice of Aslan for “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.” Ned also co-Produced and cast the English version of the 2014 Academy Award nominated animated feature “Ernest & Celestine” starring Forest Whitaker and Paul Giamatti, and voice directed “The Lego Movie Video Game” with Morgan Freeman, Chris Pratt, Will Arnett and Elizabeth Banks. Ned spent years at Disney Character Voices casting projects for “Cars,” “Monsters Inc.,” “The Incredibles,” “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” and many other Disney/Pixar projects.
He also voice-directed multiple “Lord of the Rings” projects for Warner Bros. On the International front, he cast and voice-directed animated features out of South Africa, Spain, Russia, France and China including dubbing the highest grossing animated feature ever created in China, “Monkey King: Hero is Back.” Ned is Creative Producer and Casting Director on Martoos Studios’ first animated feature “Heaven: The First War.”
Donald A. Towns
MATTE PAINTING SUPERVISOR
Donald Towns serves as Matte Paint Supervisor on Martoos Studios’ first animated feature “Heaven: The First War.” Donald is known for his work on “Beauty and the Beast,” “Aladdin,” “The Little Mermaid,” “Tron,” and “The Swan Princess.”
He has also done extensive work with Thomas Kinkade.
Paul Jenkins has been creating, writing and building franchises for over 20 years in the graphic novel, film and video game industries. Over the last two decades Paul has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of literally hundreds of world-renowned, recognizable entertainment icons.
Delroy A. Brown
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Delroy is use to creating, communicating, and implementing organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction, leading the development and implementation for many organizations.
In his younger years he played basketball for the Cayman Islands, winning many awards during his time on the national team.
After this Delroy became involved in the technology industry for a total of 13 years. Starting out as a graphic designer he eventually worked his way up to the position of IT Director and helped Shepherd that organization into a public company. In the years since that time Delroy also founded one of the largest online christian ministry on the internet for its time.
Today Delroy has again assembled a talented group of animation professionals including the top talent from Studios such as Disney and, Pixar to start what is positioned to become the largest Christian Animation Studios in existence. Martoos Animation Studios Inc.

Pervis Taylor is the Co-Founder and former President of NTOUCHTV. He has more than 14 years of experience in innovation, development and execution of business strategies. Pervis loves managing teams, and finds his greatest fulfillment in refining an idea until it is ready for market.

Jonathan Cooper COO – Jonathan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with 25+ years of business and finance leadership experience.
Jonathan began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) conducting audit engagements of retail, corporate, funds and insurance/reinsurance businesses as well as working within the financial advisory services line of PwC undertaking Mergers & Acquisition engagements. In 2000, Jonathan moved to the banking industry and worked at The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son helping to manage the compliance function before assuming the role of Head of Operational Risk for the bank’s global businesses. During his tenure at the bank, Jonathan played a key oversight role in executing the integration of two newly acquired banks in The Bahamas and Barbados.
In 2004, Jonathan moved to HSBC and worked for the global banking group in Bermuda, London and The Cayman Islands, in various roles, through 2016 including, Senior Credit Manager – HSBC Europe, Chief Credit Officer – HSBC Bank (Bermuda) Limited and Chief Executive Officer – HSBC Bank (Cayman) Limited where Jonathan held management responsibility for the day-to-day profitable operations of the bank. Concurrently, Jonathan led a transaction to prepare HSBC Bank (Cayman) Limited for sale by identifying prospective buyers, garnering the support of governmental agencies, conducting due diligence and executing the smooth exit of the HSBC group, ensuring no reputational damage for the HSBC brand.
Jonathan prides himself in confronting difficult challenges and consistently delivering against strategic objectives and has been recognized for his foresight, intuitiveness and ability to reduce risk, improve ROI and turn around tough situations using innovative solutions that deliver sustained profitability.
